OPTICS & MECHANICAL EXPERTS
Amcoss GmbH is an innovative high-tech company based in Austria and operating in the
semiconductor and microsystems- technology industry. The central competance of
Amcoss is the provision of engineering- and extensive repair services, including
refurbishment of special coatings for optical or mechatronical quality components
(photolithography, RTP, CVD, EPI, Coating, Metrology and Plasma). Renowned
manufacturers in the industry are their customers.
Over the years Amcoss has acquired expert knowledge in the field of substrate coating.
The company also develops and constructs platform-based, modular and automatic
single wafer processing machines for coating, developing, cleaning, lift-off, vapor
priming, cooling and heating of wafers and other substrates. In addition Amcoss
produces compact, freely-combinable, semi-automatic single wafer processing devices
for small lot production in laboratories or made to order series.
In the field of process-temperature control, especially in semiconductor or microchip
production, Amcoss is modifying qualified temperature control units (Heat Exchangers
and Chillers), from their own developments as well as during installations and
retrofittings. This is realized by custom-tailoring the devices, so that they are turned into
comfortable plug-and-play versions to be connected to customers existing production
equipment.
